    When you enroll in an internship program, skill development course, or any other training programs, your seat is reserved exclusively for you. This means we allocate resources, trainers, and materials based on your enrollment. Due to this commitment, refunds are only applicable under specific conditions.

  • 2. Eligibility for Refund

    Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:
    • If the program is canceled by GodSake IT Consultancy.
    • If you withdraw your enrollment within 7 days of registration, provided the program has not yet started.
  • 3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

    In certain situations, refunds cannot be processed. These include:
    • If you withdraw after the program has started.
    • If you fail to attend the program after enrollment.
    • If you violate the program's code of conduct or terms of participation.
  • 4. Why Refunds May Not Be Possible

    We want to be transparent about why refunds may not always be possible:
    • Resource Allocation: Once you enroll, we allocate trainers, materials, and infrastructure specifically for you. These resources cannot be reassigned at short notice.
    • Limited Seats: Our programs have limited seats to ensure personalized attention. By reserving your seat, we may have turned away other interested candidates.
    • Operational Costs: A significant portion of the fee goes toward operational costs, such as training materials, software licenses, and administrative expenses, which are incurred immediately upon enrollment.

  • 6. How to Request a Refund

    If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at godsake.info@gmail.com with your enrollment details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
